Amazingly easy process and transaction. I admit I was unsure about using this type of buyer. It seemed too easy and nothing easy is ever as it seems. So I signed with a realtor. Well before the realtor had a chance to list the home (it was an estate sale) EZ Homebuyers came in and made a full offer and closed in just over 2 weeks! They are the real deal! Now don't get me wrong the real-estate company I used were wonderful and helpful and helped me with the process so much, but I could have saved 6%. No regrets tho, it was the smoothest transaction I ever had selling a home. Sometimes things are not too good to be true!
